By receiving this word of God spiritually the Adoration Missionaries are engaged in imparting the evangelical values to the people of Gujarat through Eucharistic ministry, education, health care and social work. The first mission house of Thalasserry province was established in 1976 at Surendranagar in Gujarat. The blessing of the Lord is innumerable as we are completing the 46 years of mission work. Amidst lot of obstacles, the sisters in the region wholeheartedly share the divine love by working in schools, parishes, dispensaries, AIDS care centres etc. They are actively engaged in Pastoral ministry and social apostolate too. At present we are totally 58 sisters. The mission was declared a region in 2009 and Sr. Grace Earathukottayil was the first Regional Superior.
On Febuary 10th, 2022, Amaljyothi Region was raised to the status of a Province and was named as the Amaljyothi Province Rajkot, Gujarath. First administrative team of our province:
